Is information shared in my telehealth session and in the client portal confidential and secure?

How much does therapy cost? How are payments made?
A 60-minute individual therapy session is billed at $140. 80-minute sessions are $190. The initial 80-minute intake (first)session is $190. It is generally recommended to start with weekly sessions for the first 6-8 weeks and then to re-evaluate session frequency. Invoices are paid through your secure Simple Practice Portal-charged to your MasterCard, VISA, or other eligible card, on the day of your session. Invoices must be paid through the portal within 30 days of the date of service.
Will you submit session bills to my insurance?
We do NOT submit to insurance however, we are happy to provide you with a superbill monthly which you may be able to submit to your insurance as an “out of network” claim. It is your responsibility to verify with your insurance company whether Carol Thomson MSW, LSWAIC qualifies as an eligible “out of network” claim.
